A PDRN number does not rank the whole formula
A PDRN serum or cream is still a complete cosmetic formulation. Its texture, accompanying ingredients, directions, and source disclosures may be more useful to a buyer than a large number on the front of the package.
PDRN refers to DNA fragments. Research involving injected polynucleotides belongs to a different route of administration. A systematic review of PN injections describes limitations in the quality and consistency of that evidence; it does not establish the effectiveness of these consumer topicals.

A serum with an explicit percentage

The salmon version includes peptides, niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate, and fragrance. Its lightweight-serum positioning may fit someone who already uses a separate moisturizer. Fragrance is relevant for a buyer who avoids it in leave-on products.
A cream with a conventional moisturizing base
Abib PDRN intensive cream 1.5 tube states 1.5% salmon-derived PDRN and separately displays 15,000 ppm. Those are ingredient disclosures, not two independent measures of effectiveness.
The 75 ml cream includes ceramide NP, panthenol, squalane, niacinamide, and moisturizing ingredients. Its format is relevant if you want PDRN in a cream step rather than another serum beneath moisturizer. Its package is labeled 55 g. That cannot be directly ranked against a 75 ml tube by quantity without knowing density. Choose this option for interest in the texture and method, not an unsupported claim that it delivers more or less product than a volume-labeled competitor.
A hydration-focused serum
Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum identifies salmon-derived Sodium DNA and includes hyaluronic-acid ingredients, niacinamide, and hydrolyzed collagen. Its maker describes a lightweight serum for morning and evening use.
The “100” name does not by itself identify a percentage or amount of active PDRN. It should not be compared numerically with 1% or 1.5%.
What to compare before buying
Check the exact variant, full ingredients, amount and units, and place in your existing routine. Percentage claims require a clear formulation basis before cross-product comparisons become meaningful. None establishes a universal effective topical dose.
Choose a formula you want to use consistently, with realistic expectations about cosmetic care. A PDRN label does not make sunscreen, moisturizer, or clinician-directed treatment unnecessary.
